    Voting for my partner, Littleladylifter.

110kg/50kg/125kg Sq/B/DL at 60kg BW. Has done a little more at gym but they are comp pb's.

Converted to % of body mass, this is 183% SQ, 83% BP, and 208% DL. Very impressive.

That's the only way to compare weight between lifters, since, as we all undoubtedly know, powerlifting is a weight class sport.

I'm SOOO inspired by what I see here.

    I'm a total n00b, just squatting 85lbs, chest pressing 70lbs, deadlifting 110lbs, OHP a measly 55lbs. But I *feel* strong :)

    Nice numbers ladies!

    5'8", 145lbs
    210 Squat/155 Bench/265DL

But I'm not power lifting.. I hit my compounds 4sets/6-8reps. Never actually tried to max out, might be interesting while bulking.

Thanks Dan. LLL's wilks is 318? I've never checked it.

Goals is 300kg total in 60kg class hopefully by the end of the year. 275kg total at the moment.

Yes, except I rounded as I didn't think the forum needed it to 3 decimal places, I can't remember what the actual was, but worse case is 317.5 and best case is 318.4.

Really, what did you convert- the weight Sara lifts?

I just used google to convert lbs to kg. What did you think I meant?

I meant a ratio - lifts of each person and their body weight. clearly a person who weigh more will lift more.

Wasn't my Wilks score calculation good enough?

"The Wilks Coefficient or Wilks Formula is a coefficient that can be used to measure the strength of a powerlifter against other powerlifters despite the different weights of the lifters. Robert Wilks is the author of the formula."

Tagging so I can come back and update after today's 1RM test. Last tested maxes were:

    67.5kg Squat
    52.5kg Bench
    80kg Deadlift
    40kg OHP

At 69kg weight so 201 Wilks for the Big Three and 241 for the Super Four.

Two and a half months ago after two months of barbell training and 4kg heavier on the day (stupid bloating or I would be 1kg lighter). Hoping to increase all of them (and 99% sure I will).
