Okay - I'm working it a bit different this month - I've got a goal for the month but I'm also setting a goal for each day plus I have a goal of 200 bicycle miles alone.
Daily goal: 3.79 walking/running miles for a total of 117.5 miles plus the 200 bicycle miles gives me a total goal of 318 miles. Yikes - that's a big jump from July where I struggled to make goal.
I will earnestly try to remember to post only total miles here this August thread now that I've re-read the opening post. Sorry for making you do math in July. :blushing:0 -
