I have a fitbit, which tracks my steps and miles/day. If I get 2 miles in a day, should I should I count that for this challenge, or should it be miles that are an additional effort?
I'd say only log additional effort. You could always record both sets of figures just for your own gratification.0 -

I would love to do this, too! Usually I just calculate how many minutes a month that I exercise, but I'll start calculating mileage - If I can remember to! lol0

GOAL IS TO AIM FOR 60 MILES OF WALKING IN AUGUST
-that means I need to do almost 2 miles a day with no rest days!!!!!!

-walked 2.62 miles with my husband as I had us walk to the grocery store then back home to put the groceries away then I had us go back out and walk around the neighbourhood as I hadn't walked 2 miles in the walk to and from the grocery store and I wanted to start the first day of August off on the right foot by getting my 2 miles done
