Set your house on fire. That way you wont remember the ice cream until later.0

I'd eat the ice cream.0

Have ice cream. Just don't eat too much. I eat ice cream all the time, the good stuff, Ben and Jerry's.0

is the milk and sugar and all other ingredients organic? if so, no worries.
Your body can recognize clean vs. non-ingredients and even though your hormones will respond exactly the same, your body will be happier.0 -

That is such COMPLETE bro-science. No such thing as a 'clean food'. All that matters is calories and macros.0 -

Maybe you should see if Dr. Oz has a brand of ice cream out. Green coffee ketones swirl, maybe? Then you could be sure it's the best possible option.0

I agree with the set your house on fire... that will surely make you forget your craving.
BUT if for whatever reason that doesn't work (i mean I don't see how it couldnt: match + house = BOOM)
there are sugar free/ fat free fruit Popsicles that are pretty awesome for satisfying ice cream cravings.
That being said it took me about an hour at HEB to find them, good luck!0 -

You. Organic food matters. Deeply. Because chemicals and GMOs are bad. It is science.0 -
