Set your house on fire. That way you wont remember the ice cream until later.
Best answer to a thread all day. It's this kind of wisdom that keeps me logging in to mfp.0 -
is the milk and sugar and all other ingredients organic? if so, no worries.
Your body can recognize clean vs. non-ingredients and even though your hormones will respond exactly the same, your body will be happier.
Lulz the biggest bs I've read on this site in a while.
looks like there's lots of broken sarcasmeters round hurra.
I don't know, this site is usually full of great information-these forums usually know what they're talking about so it just threw me off...

And har har
I just want to-U wot M8 to everyone on here....
Actually lets go to Cold Stone's and get the biggest most fattening monstrosity there is to show 'em how it's done.0 -
Go for a walk until you have burnt enough calories to eat the ice-cream and still stay under your calorie target.
Or put it in a cone and eat it while walkingThen you don't even have to count it.

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of milk
2 tbls of peanut butter
Optional- 2 tbls of coco powder.
Put in blender and enjoy. Much healthier than ice cream, but tastes the same to me! c:
Another option is to skip the milk and just do the peanut butter and banana
Or just the banana
ETA: Or just go for the ice cream!
Just once is not gonna ruin any progress :DD0 -
Eat the ice cream. I do eat it everyday. Depending on whether you want frozen confections like popsicles and fudgsicles, which are very low calorie by the way, or actual yummy creamy stuff. All the churned, light ice creams are good, lo cal and creamy. Just weigh it and log it. Fit it in, but do not deprive yourself or you will go out and binge big time. There are many varieties by Breyers and Dreyers and store brand. You can also just get vanilla and add your own mix in, a 90 calorie fudge brownie by Fiber One, some caramel topping, fresh pineapple or strawberries....use your imagination but do not fight the craving! Best of luck!0

I get Chapmans' frozen yogurt bars or fugsciles. I find them slightly better priced then Skinny Cow and fewer calories. (Though I have gotten Skinny Cow when he was on sale and it was good!) Though on Monday I had the biggest one scoop ice cream dish (I think it was actually about 2 cups of ice cream) of Scotsburn Udderly Divine ice cream. It was soooooooooooooo yummy.0

Good tips. I had all of the above today AND managed to fit in some ice cream. So I'll have both, thanks.0 -

OOO I see youre going French revolution there with the old Neapolitan
Or Italian, since "Neapolitan" is from Naples. Now if it were called Napoleon ice cream... then bon appetit0 -
no! i'd strongly advise against eating the ice cream. find a healthier alternative like yogurt with berries (yum!) or frozen grapes with a little honey or popcorn or cherries or a nice, cold orange...the list goes on! there's lots of good foods that might make you just as happy! my suggestion would be to try eating some of those before eating the ice cream ^.^0

1. Buy dreyer slow churned ice cream--1/2 the fat and calories, and personally tastes better to me.
2. Buy frozen yogurt instead
3. Have a normal serving size.
4. Don't feel guilty. Just don't binge/overeat.0
