Just wondered what peoples Fat, Protein & Carb percentages are set to. Have you just stuck with MFP or have you customised?

I am looking to lose body fat and would like to amend these to get desired results.

Any advice appreciated.

    Your macro settings look great. I wouldn't change them if I were you. You could eat more fat and fewer carbs, but you're doing fine on both based on what's on today's diary.

    With recomposition, it's diet and strength training and time.
