New here and don't normally post things in online forums, but I'm willing to take a shot at this.
I've recorded in my profile I'm starting at 318. The goal right now is 100 pounds.
Looking forward to encouragement from others.

you're great, you're worth it and every good decision you make strengthens you.
every day you do better than you did before you joined, is a good day, so if you get discouraged because you didnt do "perfectly", remind yourself the day can be redeamed by making good decisions you didnt make previously. had a bag of chips? stop at one, not 2 and have a large glass of water & walk a few blocks. every day doign better & better retrains your habits from what got us to where we were when we started on here.0 -
