Lost eighty pounds using myfitness pal and ALOT of time in the gym.
I'm still figuring my diet out now that I have passed my weight loss goals.
I worry about over eating while trying to add mass. Starting to see some results there.
Any advice u guys and gals have is appreciated.

Probably the best advice I can think of is eat to your calorie goal and make sure you are hitting and even exceeding your protein goals each day when ever possible. Congrats on a great 7 months!0
