Just wanted to say that this site has been a huge help in getting me to where I am today. Like it says, I am not completely done and still have 25lbs to go but still....I'm proud of the 50lbs in just under 4 months and wanted to share.
Anyway, here are a few pics of me at my largest - It's odd how I never thought I was "that" big until you look back on photos.
I am probably 255-260 or so at this point. I was 251 when I started MFP for the last and final time on April 9, 2013. Current weight as of this morning 200.4 (can't wait to see a 1 in front!
And here is relatively current photo. I was around 205 at that point I think. Give or take an lb or two. I don't have an as of today picture but you get the point.
So there you go. I have no doubts that I will get to 175 as this site has truly changed me. For that, I am appreciative.
Have a great day everyone.

Honestly, I just ate healthy and road a biked 5 or 6 days a week. Sprinkle in the gym around 2-3 times per week and voila. I tracked my calories of course and made sure I wasn't eating to much but that didn't work all the time. Sometimes I ate to little. Sometimes I ate to much. I just kept going. I don't eat clean. I, of course, try to eat clean, but I'm not ridiculous about it. I kid you not when I tell you I ate McDonalds probably 20% of the days in the past 4 months. I think forums like this one can sometimes give people too much information and confuses people. To me it's simple, eat mostly healthy meals and don't go overboard. Try to be as active as possible and find something active that you enjoy. Watch the pounds come off.0 -
That's great. Pretty much what I have been doing myself...has to be sustainable. It's amazing once you commit to making a change and believe in yourself you can only move forward.0
