Hi guys! (:

I am completely new to this forum, and I'm still getting the hang of how to use it..I never really got on the bandwagon of making forums and interacting.
I'm 19, started changing my ways 3 months ago. I weighed 155, today I'm down to 136. My ideal weight is 128 or below (BMI calculator! Haha). It's been tough, and today is one of those days. It's kinda hard to imagine how lighter I am now, considering the fact that I've been "fat" ever since 12. Being short also reallllly sucks, seriously. Ha

I've did all kinds of crash diets under the sun..to the point where I started starving myself. Thankfully, I don't do that anymore (does the 5:2 diet count?!) and I've managed to keep off the weight--never gaining it back.

Oh, and I ate bread and butter today. Oh lord, I didn't know bread could be THAT bad..sigh*

    I guess I worded it wrong, huh?
    What I meant was, I've been on various forums but haven't really interacted and/or posted threads much..is there something wrong with making a profile ___ amount of minutes ago? I hope not!! Lol ;)

    Is that how you manage your lifestyle? Sounds good, but I only have lucky charms available. Boo. ):
