My ultimate favorite is..... Vanilla soy milk, banana & chocolate Boost powder. Sometimes I'll add a little cinnamon. Mmmmm!

2 bananas, 2 cups almond milk, frozen mangoes (if not the mangoes then frozen mixed berries), ice, and that's about it :)

    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    1 cup frozen berries
aprox 3 tbsp vanilla non fat yogurt
    1 scoop unflavoured protein powder
    1 scoop chia seeds

fills me up completely and is about 300 calories. you cant taste the spinach at all. i also add in flax seeds or hemp hearts sometimes for the omegas.

    1 cup greek yogurt
    1 banana
    1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 cup milk
a little cane sugar or agave nectar no more than a tablespoon to taste

This is a big recipe I know, but makes an entire meal in itself for me :) Can adjust quantities to make as much as you want.

Without the spinach that sounds lovely, and I hate fruit and anything healthy so maybe this is one worth writing down for me to try.

Whenever I get almond milk it always runs out before I can use it all, as I keep forgetting and using regular milk on my cereals instead, so more uses for it is great
