Second Day and Excited/hungry/apprehensive

Just started yesterday. I have tried counting calories before and did really well, I even have an awesome weight scale. My biggest problem is finding extra hours in the day. I need to learn to plan my meals for the week and do all of my shopping on Sunday. Today I have nothing planned, and nothing in the house that is thawed, so I have to stop at the store on the way home, but I also want to do 30 minutes of workout, but I also want to help the kids with their homework, but I also have my homework... I have a lot of buts and that is probably why mine has gotten so big. I refuse to live by my buts (or butt) any longer. I will make this work!
I want to lose 80 pounds and be a size one and win the lottery and drive a masarati. That won't happen though, so I would be happy losing 35 pounds and getting back in my size 8 jeans.

You go girl!!! I know you will be able to do it. I am trying to lose 40 pounds so that I can try and get into a bikini again next year. I hope to lose 25 by Christmas. So start out with small goals to reach and work towards those. I get overwhelmed if i just look at the whole amount I have to lose.
Good Luck with your weight loss and keep me posted!!0 -

In the beginning every day I was starved to death but it gets better. I'm never really starved anymore. Still battle cravings for junk some days but that is better than it was too. You can do it and PLANNING IS KEY. I get up early to exercise and log my food for the day. We've always planned our meals for the week so I was used to that, I just make better choices now.
GOOD LUCK!!!!0 -
