    Hi Sarah! I'm Pat. And I totally understand "starting over." It's taken me a whole year to lose 14 lbs, but I looked up one day realized I'm about halfway to my goal...and healthier in the process. You can start over as many time as you need to. Just NEVER give up. You're can do this!
