    Your personal self-challenge for August: Finish the 30 DS, continue C25K and start another series of DVD exercises... ripped in 30... p90X... Insanity... still choosing if anyone has thoughts. I think P90X/Insanity might be a little too intense for me for now. Please give advice!

    It's not too much if you do what you can. Keep moving, you'll catch on and keep up. If this is your first program, I'd do something more-- fun-- until you get in the habit. P90X can be a beast- and I was motivated.

    I'm new to this, but love the idea of being accountable to someone other than the one friend who knows that I'm trying to lose weight.

    CW: 202.9
    GW: 192.0
    Challenge: Continue with no caffeine (on day 12 so far!), walk 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes, continue drinking 10+ glasses of water a day. Go slow, don't overthink it, and don't give up!!!

    I have a hard time sticking to this, but I'm hoping joining a group will help.

    Starting weight as of 7/28- 200.1lbs
    Goal for August- 195
    Challenge- track harder and exercise at least 3x/week!!

    additional work = pilates min 2 time per week
    at least 2 classes per week (any cardio and/or home workout)
    walk briskly 3 + times per week

    Personal Challenge: As I have stuck to my Fitness Blender challenge for 6 weeks (working out 6 days/wk) I'd like to start adding in an extra 30 minute work-out/activity each day. Probably yoga or walking...
