Your personal self-challenge for August: Finish the 30 DS, continue C25K and start another series of DVD exercises... ripped in 30... p90X... Insanity... still choosing if anyone has thoughts. I think P90X/Insanity might be a little too intense for me for now. Please give advice!
It's not too much if you do what you can. Keep moving, you'll catch on and keep up. If this is your first program, I'd do something more-- fun-- until you get in the habit. P90X can be a beast- and I was motivated.0 -
