Fat burning breakfast.

Tomorrow is weigh in so i want to burn as much fat as possible today. Whats everyones favourite fat burning breakfasts? My options are fruit and celery. Oats with mashed banana and honey. Crumpets with vegemite and butter. Fried Eggs on toast. Opinions and recipes please!

    I like scrambled eggs with hot sauce! Two of those for breakfast cooked in a nonstick skillet is the best! Then a fruit smoothie, half with breakfast and half before lunch!

    Todays fat burning breakfast for me was 4 eggs, 4 egg whites, cup of greens and a half a pound of bacon. Doesn't get more fat burning than that.

    I just had a mushroom and cheese omlette with hot sauce. Yum.

    There are no "fat burning" foods. Just tasty foods which keep you satisfied.

    I'm a shake, banana and almonds kinda girl. Anything I can consume while driving to work :devil:

    Oatmeal and almonds are fat burning foods. I have actually eaten oatmeal at 2 meals in a day for about a week and lost 6 pounds that week :)

    The same way diet coke is a fat burning beverage, and counteracts calories from the Big Mac and fries eaten with it.

    The best fat burning day I have used in the past:

    Breakfast yoghurt
    Lunch eggs
    Diner salmon with spinach
    Snack an appel

    Another one which works well for me´:

    Breakfast Greek yoghurt
    Lunch ground beef and broccoli
    Diner 3 deviled eggs
    Snack whey protein shake

    Ah, gotcha! I like to wash my raspberry ketones down with a diet coke.

    Something with good fibre, that will pass through your bowels before the way in..... You know so you weigh less....

    I just like old fashioned organic granola with almond milk :) Put a little bit of fresh fruit in there, yum yuM YUM!!!

    Sodas don't counteract anything, especially fast food. Diet sodas are the worst. You might aswell drink regular sodas, the aspartemine in diet sodas is horrible and carosive for your body. You would be better off cutting back on regular soda than drinking diet. Or better yet, not drink it at all and opt out for water.
