Hello everyone. Well ----I am really trying to stick to this weight loss goal and its hard, but I feel like I'm gonna do it this time. Right now all I've really implamented are smaller portion sizes, mostly all white meat, excersize (walking and zumba) 3x's per week. At a stand still right now---but at least I haven't gained.

    You also found a community of support, and that's the most important step. Welcome. The things you have done are almost everything; control portion size and exercise. You just need to start logging your food, when your ready, and you are there. Great job, keep up the great work.
