I woke up this morning to weigh myself :)

And I officially do not have 100 + to lose.

I now have 99.4 lbs to lose. I know the road is still long. It's nice to say that I officially have less than 100 lbs to lose.

Also, I am in a new weight decade. I am in the 230's now.

Moving in the right direction :)

Happy Calorie tracking to us all :)

Just goes to show....no matter how much weight there is to lose....being optimistic will get you going in the right direction.

Plus :) I am getting healthier, which to me is the most important.

    That's fantastic!

You can go skydiving now! My short-term goal is to be 230 so I can go skydiving.

    Have a great day!!!

Personally I would never go skydiving but hey now you can do that. I like the decade method of counting, very fun and achievable. Congratulations

    Thank you everyone :)

Yes, I too like the decade method goal. I find it achievable as well.

My next mini goal is 220's

Right now I am keeping focused on tracking and making wiser food choices :)

Those are my main daily goals :)

Congrats! I think you are smart to go by decades, that's what I do too. It's so empowering each time we hit a new decade.

The tracking and wise food choices are fabulous goals.

    You have the right attitude.

    Thank you :)

I am in it for life this time.

In the past, I don't feel I was realistic about my weight loss journey. Therefore, I wasn't able to get to goal.

This time, it isn't all about the scale. It's about feeling more energetic, making better food choices, and choosing a plan I can stick to for life (MFP). Because this is a lifelong comittment.
