I spent 8 hours today manning a feed station at Ironman UK.

I just want to say "Hats Off" to all the athletes who were an inspiration.

Even 90 miles into their bike ride they still said "Thanks" when all we were doing was handing out drinks and energy bars. They did all the hard work.

Humbling and inspirational doing my small part to help their great day.

    I think the Ironman is a phenomenal achievement. It will always be on my Maybe One Day list...!
