NSV - 18 mile bike ride

and i am not exhausted and it only took two hours! being in shape = most fun i've ever had! this time last year i was smoking a pack a day and 35 pounds heavier. i never thought i would be able to bike so far in 90 degree weather without being phased. congrats to all those with non scale victories today!
