No gym access...any suggestions for home workout? I have hand weights, a very light barbell, & a bench. Strong, I am not!
Thanks,

Heaviest weight you can hold and do slow negative squats..
Also one leg squats.. hold a wall for assistance until you can do them without. Slow negatives on this too.
Hamstrings - Put barbell on traps like back squat... keep legs straight and bend forward. They are called good mornings for slang I believe.0 -

Look into Convict Conditioning, NerdFitness, and You Are Your Own Gym. Bodybuilding.com also has a lot of bodyweight exercises in their database.
other alternative strength training programs that require a little investment but are great are TRX Suspension and Sandbag exercises
Otherwise, invest in heavier plates and follow a routine like Stronglifts, Starting Strength, AllPros, and Wendler.0 -

Tomorrow is leg day. The worst feeling on leg day is getting to the gym only to see the squat rack being misused by someone doing reverse wrist curls.0

Mos def! If you dont have calves, hams that hang, and striations on your glutes, BUT you have huge cut up guns, cancel christmas....0

I walk on average about 40km a day, do about 300 squats & run. I think my legs are trained. No weights needed.0
