I don't like: Not being able to buy the clothes I want to wear
Current typical or usual exercise: 30 day shred - Finished Level 1 now need to push myself to start Level 2 after a few days off
Current Starting Weight: 169
Aim for next week: 168 or less
Personal 14 week Goal: Minimum 14lbs loss
Happy to have no chocolate this week, seem to be going off it, shame that isn't the same for all bad foods

Day 1 of no chocolate. So far, been up for 20 minutes...no desire for chocolate....yet.....I hope the rest of the week is going as well as this.0

Location: Newfoundland, Canada
I like: spending time with my family ( including our kitten!) reading, exercising, watching movies, going for walks and just having fun!
I don't like: when my alarms goes off too early in the morning!
Current typical or usual exercise: This week I started doing Turbo Jam (20min. workout) + JM Shred-5x a week. I love beachbody workouts and I just ordered Turbo Fire so I'm anxiously waiting on that to arrive!

I would love to join too. I am already in a group that aims at 30lbs till Christmas but I said all along that whatever I lose will be great. So I will take the 14lbs as my minimum and the 30lbs as my max. Also I love the weekly challenge! So please count me in

I almost had a stroke when I realized the no chocolate thing should probably include my white chocolate dream peanut butter. Technically, I don't know if it really counts since white chocolate doesn't contain cocoa like regular chocolate. But I might as well REALLY challenge myself ... hrumph.
Hey Bikinimission, I still don't plan on weighing myself more than once a month - hope that doesn't mess up your spreadsheet. You know me and my standoff with that scale though

Strangely enough I don't normally have a problem in avoiding chocolate (none for about 4 weeks now) but now that I CAN'T have it I want it! lol I will prevail!

Current typical or usual exercise: Elliptical for 30-45 minutes / 5 days a week. (7 would be better)
Current Starting Weight: 172
Aim for next week: 171 but really want 170 :bigsmile:
Personal 14 week Goal: I'm going for the big one.....17 will put me at my pre-1st baby weight of 155. I will totally be happy with 14 though.
