Juicing tips and recommendations

Well im finished with the 3rd day of juicing and its pretty hard. But aside from that im eating whole fruits and vegetables. I also added milk to my after workout meal. Any recommendations from any juicers out there?

    Good thing you added milk.

    I recommend adding more protein and fat. Probably solid food, too.

    Then, you might want to stop throwing away so much of the delicious, nutritious fruits and vegetables you bought.

    thanks for the info, i was thinking of adding tuna or fish fillet to my lunch since its packed with protein
