Pre Workout Food Ideas

Hi all

I am doing three RPM Classes a week and trying to find a pre workout snack that is not a Banana or berries and Yogurt which is what most people suggest. Any ideas or suggestions.

    Nutter butter, banana, oat cookies? Got the recipe from my coach.

    6 larger ripe bananas
    4 cups oats
    12 tbsp nut butter
    (12 servings)

    Mash and bake at 375 for 10 mins. You might need to play around with the recipe depending on how wet or dry your dough is.

    My wife I do peanut butter toast. (PB2 if you are watching calories) Great protein/carb boost for the energy.

    carbs and coffee.. stuff of legends.

    I usually get some pasta or brown rice in, followed by a mint choc protein shake with 2 spooons of coffee. Gets me pumped as fuark for the gym

    Those small cups of microwavable rice have always seemed like good idea! If you are trying to up on protein but stay away from carbs how about a boiled egg or canned tuna wrap?
