Challenges- slight shoulder, elbow, and knee injury making ripped in 30 somewhat difficult- felt like I was "phoning it in at the gym" a few times
Successes- ate out at restaurants 3x this week and had a dinner party- thought it would kill my weight loss- but I kept it all in check.

I work weird schedules at work, and am not home often, but want to use the same scale in the same bathroom for accuracy lol.
I haven't weighed in since July 24, but I was 212 then. Let's go 8/15!!
My biggest challenge is my own self discipline. Food being such a social event, especially working at remote project sites and dining at the dining hall at the lodge with my coworkers makes for some temptations to overindulge. I want to start eating before I leave the project site and go for walks, or to the gym when everyone else is eating0
