BMI - 36.6
Week Two : MFP
Weight - 239.6 LBS
Waist - 47.0
Arm - 14.50
Bust - 50.50
Hips - 46.25
Thigh - 27.75
Calf - 15.25
Difference
Weight - ( -8.4 LBS )
Waist - ( - 1.0 )
Arm - ( -0.75 )
Hips - ( -0.75 )
Thigh - ( -0.25 )
Calf - ( -0.25 )
BMI - ( - 1.2 )
Body Fat - ( -3.5 )

Thanks Pamela for taking the time to read my thread. Greatly appreciated.
Yes, I did lose 8.4 lbs. But again, I have a lot of weight to lose and it's my first week.
I am obviously not going to be getting these results every week. I am just happy to be a part of the MFP family. Lots of wonderful supportive people.
Just goes to show what tracking and making wise food choices can do

Ya, measurements is a much more accurate indicator of ones progress than the scale (IMHO)
