I just spent close a week on a liquid diet and now i am back to eating again, i am not hungry yet and i am eating again but not much at a time and taking it slow, i am concerned i might not be eating enough or once i get my apptetite fully back i will be over eating, i dont want my body to shut down and store everything i put in it, still not eating as much veggies, i am drinking my water and trying to gain my strength back, any thoughts/

If you're worried about not taking in enough calories, there's always more calorie-dense things you can eat. Nut butters and avocado come to mind first.0

I wouldn't force feed. keep it light, if that's what appetite dictates....it will certainly return to normal after a few days.0
