Bulky Arm Muscle :(

So I'm 5'9" and weigh about 140lbs, and I'm trying to tone everything up. My arms are really muscular, and kind of manly-looking. I want to get rid of that but I don't know how. Also, my left arm is significantly bigger than my right, which is weird because I'm right-handed. Can anyone help me make my arms smaller?

My arms always bulk up easily I think pilates & light weight is the way to go. I like my arms defined but not bulky so cardio and pilates with light weights is what I do for my arms and the rest of my body0

Focus on catabolic activities that cause the muscle to break down like lifting heavy weights0
-
I will take them.0

Put your arms in casts for a while. The atrophy will be pronounced after around 6 months I'd say.0

Hmmm I think if my arms ever got more muscular than I'd like (can't imagine that ever happening), I'd train arms less often, like try once per week... But IDK that would make me sad sooooo.... not sure. And I'd stop eating at a calorie surplus, which I'm not anyway lol.... Good luck0

Don't use as much weight, and do more repetition. This creates leaner muscle.
Also, because you are right handed, you have to work that much harder on your left arm, so you probably push yourself with your left more than you do your right. That is the only reason I could think of why your left arm is bulkier than your right.
Good luck.0 -
Gonna need pics of your arms before advice tailored to you can be offered.0

You could stop using them and learn to do everything with your feet.0

Is that rep making your arm bulky? Because you've been doing lots of reps all morning.0 -

My calf atrophied in 3 weeks on crutches, lost a good inch and half. Try this0 -
First. Define, Bulky. What you think maybe bulky and man looking, may not actually be so.
Second, it's not possible to gain muscle on a calorie restriction. So you might actually just be defining muscles, that still has a good amount of fat in between.
Less fat=smaller muscles.
So if that's the case, just stick it out, do less training if you want. Eventually that excess fat will leave0 -
Try Pilates.
Pilates is awesome for muscle awareness and the workouts can be just as excrutiating as weight lifting if not more.
try out Blogilates by Cassey Ho:

Fake profile pic, likely fake question.
Face looks familiar, and I can't place it!0 -
If fake profile/troll - LAME.
If not, then pictures because I've found those I've come across who say a certain body part is bulky really isn't.0 -
Those arms are manly looking? :noway:
That's what I was thinking.
OP.. When are your arms manly looking? Are you talking about just after you finish working them? That's normal to have some more bulkiness when you are pumped up. From your profile pic, your arms look quite slender (at least the parts I can see). I'm having trouble believing you have manly arms. Can you post a manly arm pic?0 -

.
This is true. If fake, please come up with a better troll post than this.0 -
I want to see those arms. If they're really muscular and manly, I'm buying your workout/diet program, paying cash.
(Somehow, I'm not getting my hopes high...)0 -

Yeah, make sure you get those pink dumbbells out so you can tone.
No, actually less weight and more reps is a way to encourage hypertrophy (muscle size) over strength. Ask a body builder. More weight and fewer reps will emphasize strength over hypertrophy.
But having any sort of muscle definition? Man, that sounds terrible. We feel your pain.0 -
