Hey everyone! I'm Sierra (:
I've posted in Success Stories multiple times, so I'm sure many of you know my story and how far I have come on my journey. But for any of you that haven't, check out my profile, my story is in my bio (:
Here's the short:
I am 6'1'' and 19 years old.
I started at 260 pounds last August, I am now 189.
The photos on the left were taken at the beginning of July. I started really focusing on my core, and am very happy with the results! The photos on the right were taken this morning. (:
Results:
4.9 pounds lost
2 inches lost from waist
3 inches lost from stomach (at belly button)
2.5 inches lost from hips (where my pants sit)
= total of 7.5 inches in my core (:

for the last year i haven't done much ab work at all, i felt that it was making my stomach area look funny (strange, i know) but i finally felt like i was thin enough to add in ab exercises and am so happy i did!0 -
That's amazing in only one month! what exactly did you do?0

thank you!! I just made sure to add in some sort of ab work everyday. I used hip hop abs, cruches, ab machines at the gym, all sorts of exercises to mix it up (:0
