Would like new friends!

I am 23, a full time mother and a psychology student from Bolton, England. My BIGGEST weakness when it comes to losing weight is hunger. I am hungry ALL THE TIME. So with only 33lbs left to go, some real support from other people in a similar position will help me finally kick it so I signed up here!

    Feel free to add me! I'm in the same boat. I try to snack on crunchy low calorie food & eat a big treat once a week. I just try to stay within my calorie range & exercise extra if I go over. Good luck n hang in there!

    Becky, be willing to make your diary public. we can offer suggestions if we can see what and how often you eat. Many of the MFP friends will open their diary for just such feedback. Good luck.

    you are more than welcome to add me! I get really hungry too and also need to eat regularly because of hypoglycemia so I tend to break my meals up into 5 a day rather than 3 plus snacking :)
