Look up "strength training" in the cardio section if you want a guestimate of calories burned.0

Depends on what you did. If you ran on a treadmill for half an hour, you'd put your speed and time. Same for strength training, elliptical, biking, etc.0

HRM is a heart Rate Monitor.
I get my strength calories from a website that monitors my TotalGym workouts and plans my training. Otherwise you can use the MFP strength and enter in the time you trained and it gives an estimate.0 -
How do I exercise when I can't do any weight-bearing exercise? I put down "0" workouts and it raised my calorie allowance
:sad:0 -
i believe it lets you make your own exercise. but im not sure.
what i would do is pick an exercise closest to what you do.0
