They say it takes about 6 weeks or more to form a habit. I have officially developed the habit of making (most of the time) healthier food choices. Given a myriad of (albeit low cal or low fat) dessert options, including a FiberOne brownie; after mulling over what to eat, I chose red grapefruit and a glass of water. BY CHOICE. I haven't lost any more weight since last month (have been tossing the same two pounds around) because of over eating. But I still feel better, and I'm still trudging along in my weight loss journey. Yay for healthier choices! ‪#‎winning‬
