Hi everyone!
I do p90x daily, but I'm having trouble putting it in my exercise log. Does anyone have any tips? Or know how many calories are generally burned? Thanks!

I started P90x last week too. I recommend that you buy a heart rate monitor. I did and it's awesome. It tells me the exact amount of calories I burn during each workout. I have found I push myself more because I want to see more cals. burnt. You can go in and personalize each workout for time spent on the exercise and calories burnt. Best of luck! Feel free to add me if you want!0

I don't have a HRM,and, until I can get one, I have been logging it as calisthenics. I always cut a little time off when I log, just in case the numbers aren't accurate.0
