If you’ve been doing these for a while, add weights. If you are already using weights, try to kick it up a notch! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Just get moving. Tell us what you did!

eta: did some on the side forward, backward, then did some front ones forward and backwards then fnished with 2 lb weights forward and backward and front as well.0 -
