At my heaviest I was about 250 lbs. Today I'm around 190 lbs, looking to drop 10-15 lbs for a six-pack (look at my mid-section and you'll understand). I lost most of my weight right after my divorce, fall 2009, and I've slowly been maintaining while defining my muscles.

I'm training for a full marathon March 2014, triathlon April 2014 and Ironman 2015. Send me a PM if you want to follow my YouTube channel, where I post all my workouts.

I love love love seeing all the before and after pictures. So many confident smiles in the after! It's so heartening :-)

For me, my heaviest was somewhere in 2011 when I almost reached 68kg (150 pounds?). I'm 1.61m (5ft3)

I didn't realise how much weight I gained till I saw this horrible picture of me (on the left) and that scared me enough to try to lose weight. The right hand side is me one year later, and more than 10kg lighter.

    10kg-5.jpg

My weight has stabilized at about 56 / 57kg for a year now. I am content at the size that I am now and don't plan to lose any more weight :-)

This is about 29-30lb loss. I haven't taken an updated one because it's not much different YET. I'll do another at 50lbs lost.

I love this thread, more congrats to all!!!
can you all tell how to do this?????

Eat a a calorie deficit to lose weight (track your calories) and exercise to get fit; especially strength training, weights if you can or a body weight program. I think I'm on page 2, I've been working hard at this since March. You can message me and/or add me as a friend if you want.
