Should I eat more, confusion and binging!

I'm a 20 year old female who weighs 88kgs (194lb). I'm 179cm (5ft9) and hope to weigh 79kgs (174lb). I'm getting to the last 9 or so kilos and am becoming really confused and strained. There is so much information out there, it can be really confusing. I've lost 33kgs (72lb) to date through exercise and a healthy diet. In the last month or so I've been going hard out, rarely going over and always having massive calorie deficits according to MFP. I always try to underestimate a little just in case. However, the last two weeks I have found myself going on massive binges that have led me to be 3000-4000 calories over my goal. I'm a uni student so I'm in an out of classes, I have decided to leave the car at home so I'm walking and in and out of public transport. I find it really confusing to say what my activity level is as some days I make sure I'm moving and doing something for the entire day, going on numerous walks including my daily run. I also clean and hang out until I sleep. Recently, I haven't been feeling hungry at all but I always make sure I eat when I should. After my binge on the weekend though I've been starving and am wondering if I've kick started my metabolism again. Does anybody have any advice on what I should be eating or how to avoid these binges. I have MFP set on 1kg a week but maybe thats to much. My body has lost 33kgs (72lb) in like 4 months.
I have had a few minor problems with binges before but, i've been fine for months its just the last few weeks that I've found myself at the mercy of anything in my cupboard.
Any advice would be highly appreciated, I have no idea what I should be giving y body.

you definitely dont want such a massive deficit any more... aim to lose half a pound per week from now on. and there is such a thing as too much exercise, so you dont have to go crazy!

You don't have a lot left to lose so I would recommend setting your goal to lose 1/2lb a week, 1lb at most. Not sure what that is in kg though sorry. The closer you get to goal weight, the closer your calorie goal should get to maintenance calories.

Hope this helps. Good luck :flowerforyou:

Try to set a weekly calorie goal. If you binge on one day, make sure you cut back on the following days. Maintaining or losing weight isn't based on a single day. Base your calories on weekly total and adjust.

    Good Luck!

Thanks guys! I'll ease up a bit. Trying now to determine my activity level and will stick to my calorie goals. See what happens :)
