I'm hoping for some advice...
I had a fall from my horse 9 days ago and while my sore back is improving, I am still finding my lower back painful (there is no real damage, it's just sore)
I normally do a lot of outdoor running and cross trainer (elliptical) work and am really missing my exercise highs! Has anyone any advice on what cardio I can do that won't aggravate my back?
Many thanks in advance!

I'm think you should address your question to your doctor.0

When I hurt my lower back/hip/shoulder from a fall, my PT said that I could do the upright stationary bike. Now when my hip acts up (as it still does since I now have bursitis) I switch back to the stationary bike for a few weeks until the inflammation goes down. I'd say that you should see a dr if you don't feel completely better by day 14 because that could indicate a more serious injury.0
