At least 3 servings a day. I switch between mango, banana, apple, strawberries, blueberries, pluot (plum/apricot mix), nectarine, honeydew, and cantelop. I also aim for 3-5 servings of veg a day.
I love fruit0 -
start the day with blueberries in oatmeal, followed by a fruit smoothie after working out... will have some sort of fruit with lunch, followed by a night fruit smoothie idk i guess average 6 servings a day0

5-7. For what it's worth I tend to eat fruits and vegetables instead of grains/grasses.0

As much as I want in the spring summer months when the fruits I love are available, watermelon, peaches, nectarines, plums . . .in the winter not as much . . but unlimited in summer . . . I don't limit fruit,0

About 3 apples a day -- one with my steel cut oats for breakfast, one as a snack at work, one as a late night snack.
Once in a while I eat other fruit, a grapefruit or kiwi, or a fruit cup at a restaurant instead of dessert.0 -
I typically eat 1/2 cup of blueberries, at least 1 banana and an apple everyday.0

I like fruit, i enjoy the taste... but strangely i never really crave it so i don't eat much of it. When i do it's usually small portions... like a few berries out of my garden as a snack, or a slice or two of watermelon. The most fruit i'll have in a day is if i make a banana smoothie... and i consider that more of a treat/desert type thing, like ice-cream.
Oh wait... avocados are technically a fruit, and so are tomatoes. Okay, so i guess i eat lots of fruit if you include those. But rarely ever oranges or apples. I do use lemon juice quite often though.0 -
At least 2 servings a day.0

ooohh, if you include avocados and tomatoes, my fruit goes way up.0

1-2 a day, I just weigh so no idea how many servings it is (what's a 'serving' of fruit anyway?).0

2-3 per day. Always have a banana. The other 1-2 fruit choices usually consist of the following choices: apples, nectarines, plums, mineola/tangelo, tangerines, cuties, oranges, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, grapes. And since they're technically fruit, sometimes grape tomatoes, especially those golden ones. Yum!0

Berries or cut up melon - 1 cup is a serving
Larger fruits like grapefruit - 1/2 the fruit is a serving
Most "handsize" fruits like apples, oranges, kiwi - 1 piece of fruit is a serving
Smaller fruits like clementines/cuties - 2 pieces is a serving
Dried fruit - 1/4 cup is a serving
Bananas are variable. If small, 1 serving. If large, 2 servings. And I guess a medium would be 1.5 servings.0 -
