indians and pakistanis__daal (pulses)!!?

well i want to know the calories in daal. mash,, moong,,masoor,, and chana.
i cook it without oil
and want to know how much will we normally eat with 2 slices.??

    google (or other search engine) with nutritional information and/or look for recipes is my suggestion. I do that with lots of restaurant and homemade stuff.

    Try creating a recipe in myfitnesspal with all the individual ingredients weighed and messured. It's the only way to really know.

    For meals we have often, I enter the recipe into the MFP recipe database. It will calculate the ingredients and give you a per serving nutritional value. I figure even if I change it up a little, it is pretty close. Dal varies so much by maker.
