Skorts.
This ^^ and those jumpsuits you can't get out of in a hurry.0 -
"Designer" anything.
Even just the word bugs me. Everything was designed by someone. It's not actually descriptive.
And if the implication is that it's by an unusually skilled designer then this is contradicted by the fact that 'designer' jeans look exactly like a $20 pair of jeans from Sears.0 -
those giant rubber band lookin things girls wrap around their heads, when they're ALREADY wearing a pony tail. WHY?! it appears to squish your head in two!
My 16 yo does this. I asked her why, it's to keep her bangs out of her eyes when she's working out and/or playing hockey. Otherwise she uses bobby pins. She's growing out her bangs, so this makes sense. She doesn't do it when going out or to school anything like that, just exercising and sports.0 -
For awhile in the 80's, there was a neon phase. And not just one color, but your ensemble needed hot pink, yum yum yellow and a host of others.
I think the neon phase is trying to creep back in and I hate it. I'm sorry but I'm not trying to glow in the dark like a traffic cone
Yes! Neon colors bug me. Ugh
Also, there are several trends that if done the right way look nice, but when done the wrong way....yuck.0 -

I don't understand and or agree with a lot of the things other people wear, but I wear a lot of things other people don't like or understand. I wear many of the things people have posted on the forum. Plus my opinion on what makes sense to wear changes overtime. Right now I do not understand people wearing clothes that make them look overweight, or more overweight than they actually are. Also I do not understand wearing clothes just for the logo on them, or spending a bunch of money on clothes that make it look like you don't have money to anyone who does not know that those clothes are name brand, also I do not understand layering any type of clothes for the look of it. I understand layering clothes in the winter for warmth, but not in the summer out here because it is hot. But people like what they like so I don't say anything to the people wearing the clothes, except when people say something to me first about what I am wearing.0

hated those pants that girls use to wear not so much anymore the ones that look like mc hammer pants0
-
the whole socks and sandals fashion faux pas. clearly you shouldnt put both together because they dont go together. i hate seeing people who wear socks and sandals.0

Peplum (tho I admit it does suit some people), Crocs, just no, and that's pretty much it! Actually shoes that are pointed like elf shoes!0

This isn't a specific piece per se but more a mode of wearing clothing: wearing the pants very low and displaying the underwear. I didn't understand it for the longest time until I discovered how it started.
In male population prisons, the men that belong to other men sexually would be forced to wear their pants that low so that everyone knew their position within the prison hierarchy. So I now find it hilarious to see someone wearing them that low knowing that they have NO idea what it originally meant.0 -
d.i.c.k.e.y.s. - those turtleneck half shirts - so ridiculous....0

Codpieces. It's such false advertising.

I do the same thing, for the exact same reason. It just keeps the fly-away hairs and/or bangs out of my eyes.0 -
Belts made out of old car seatbelts...smh0
-
The fox tail things people clip on their belts or wallets. Sunglasses that have patterns on them so thick there is just no way you could see out of them.0
-
I forgot about those shoes that are like gloves for your feet - I'm all for it if you're climbing or running but not out in public with jeans...0
-
Shutter shades... You can't really see through them and they really don't serve any purpose...
Baggy pants past your knees... I keep telling guys (and some gals) it isn't sexy to have your *kitten*/boxers showing out in public
Ripped shirts... I see girls wearing the shirts with tears all down the back and I wonder why they would do that
Ripped/Side-less shirts... The top where you not only rip off the sleeves, you rip off the sides of the shirt. Guys do this for sports but girls show off their bras underneath... smh
I know most of this "clothing" is for someone of my age but I just don't understand why people don't choose a balance of function and fashion instead of one over the other...0 -
Ugg boots...grim0
-
Socks with sandals. Especially black socks.0
-
The boots that are modeled after English riding boots. It's an Equestrian thing, not a fashion item. XD0
-
skinny jeans or saggy britches0

Anything relating to fashion is a mystery to me. Biggest one is shoes, because I know plenty of women who spend so much money on them...and I don't think anyone notices. Nobody pays any attention to them. They're just shoes.0
-
Jeans with holes and rips in them. It just looks trashy!0
-
crop tops, hair feathers-eww, really saggy pants, oversized shirts on dudes, neon anything, Ombre hair, Glasses without glass or just clear plastic lens-you dont look smart or cute..you look like a *kitten*, see through tops with bras underneath and no tank, AND guys who wear nothing but flip flops.
Im sure there is more, but thats all I can think of off the top of my head0 -
Those sneakers with wedges... I just....I can't.
These. Worst shoes ever. No matter how nice your outfit may be, you throw these one, I automatically assume you need my spare change.0
