Hi all,

I am absolutely new to this forum and to being fit! I got myself a fitbit and now want to turn a new leaf!
Any suggestions or tips that would motivate me?

Cheers!

Try walking first. It's the easiest exercise to start with. start doing 10 -15 minutes at least once a day. When that feels comfortable increase your time and maybe your speed. Good Luck!
  • I have started walking (brisk walking in the morning about 45 minutes and strolling at night about 30 minutes) and have been doing it for about a week, very religiously.

Also tracking my food trying to get a fitness schedule in place.

Sounds like you are off to a good start. Just keep at it and you will see the fruits of your effort.
