I either celebrate our new house this afternoon or am arrested for strangling a lawyer. Time will tell. Wish me luck. I'm so :sick: of the game.

    I work in real estate and I know how frustrating buying a home can be. Hopefully you get the champagne because its a lot better than a jail cell!! Good luck!

    I feel ya on this one. Hubby and I are buying our first house. We thought we were going to keep renting but the options were crappy, so we decided to buy. All I have to say is that the system for house buying and selling is messed up!!!!
