    Buffalo, NY area with over 40 summers in Crystal & Long Beach area. Many of us in the area feel more socially tied to Ontario and Toronto. If it were up to me, Buffalo would be Ontario's southernmost city.

    Lol -- hubby and I go to Buffalo a LOT. It would be easier if it was part of Ontario :-)

    I lost a lot of weight years ago by low carbing. I've tried it again many times in the past few years with very minimal success. Not enough to keep with it.

    Drinking and low carbing don't mix for the first month or so because there are so many carbs in mixes and wine. Vodka soda would be ok in theory, but your body will burn the alcohol before the fat so it slows the process of wight loss down a lot.

    I do love the meal plan on low carb, though. Mmmmm.. pork rinds and butter on your veggies...
