i came back home from mumbai after a awesome 4 years there working didnt reaslise i missed mom's food so much when i came back nobody would stop me nor i considered being stopped eating a good option and suddenly i started wieghing from 67 kgs to 80 kgs. and ever increasing wieght brought me to MFP where i had read writing down what you eat is a small step towards eating right. started but couldnt focus coz was not so motivated enough to loose anything..

wieght- 80 kgs
Measurements
bust:- 42.5
waist- 36
hips- 42

Current
wieght- 63.3 kgs
Measurements
bust:- 37
waist- 31
hips- 38

It took me really long but i am amazed tat i achieved it and still need to reduce the fat % but now its not a task its part of my life and i enjoy every bit of it. Though I've had loads of cheat days ups and downs not keeping track to today where i cant imagine my day without going to the gym.
I just love the new me.

    I knw people who have achieved a lot of weight loss in the time span i have used but i never imagined that i could even reach half way. For me its a big big thing. I have remained obese all my life. And to be able to go and shop whatever i want to and try without being scared i feel good about myself today
