excercise suggestions, help!

can anyone suggest a good workout video that they've had success with? I've done Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and banish fat boost metabolism, but I'm getting bored of them now! or just any excercise suggestions for someone who doesn't have access to a gym? thankyou!

    There are tons of short exercise videos on youtube. Start with Zuska Light's videos if you liked Jillian. You can put different videos together on a playlist and make a routine.

    What are your goals? That will determine the type of routine you should be doing. From there it's just a matter of personal preference as to which specific routine to go with.

    aiming to lose 10lb! something with lots of cardio. should I start weight lifting?

    Are you eating the way you're supposed to, or do you need cardio to make up for poor eating?

    Then I'd do 2-3 days of cardio (whatever you like) and 3-4 days of heavy lifting (you may need to get creative based on what you have access too).
