Hello from San Jose

Hi there, im Bao. Im new to this site. I got this from a coworker and it really works for him. I wanna know What Can this Site do ? Do they show me what to eat ? Whats the best time to eat something and not eat something ? What kind of exercise to do ? How much to eat per day ?
I went to the Food section and they only ask me to put in What I ate today, and they dont even match exactly what I ate in the Search section. Please help me more with more information how to use this site ?

P.S: Im at 168lbs, 5'9. workout 3-4 days a week. 60 mins per workout. My goal : gain to 180lbs with muscles.
