I always feel a little dizzy after I use treadmills
I always feel like my mind walks forward on its own after using it.
What's the problem?

I have gotten a little light-headed after a workout. It may be that you are stopping too suddenly, rather than cooling off. Even if the machine stops, you may want to try re-starting for a few minutes while you bring your heart rate down. It may be that you workout too soon after a big meal, or got too dehydrated. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, you may want to consider investing in one. You may be working harder than you think if you are only using the monitor on the treadmill.
If you've address these concerns and it still happens, it may be a good idea to see a doctor.0 -
That's one of the big warnings on all those machines isn't it? "If you experience dizziness or nausea, please consult a medical professional"0
