    Congratulations!! When it happened to me I couldn't believe it. I had to get off the scale and get back on again. Its a great feeling and I am glad you got to experience it. Keep up the great work!!!

    Great job!!!! You'll never forget how you felt when you saw 199. That has definitely been my most favorite day during this process. It was the day that I decided for myself that I CAN stick with it this time :)
