Does taking off meat cause anything to go down?

I ate a little single-person pizza and took off the pepperoni. When I logged it I realised the protien is probably wrong because I would assume most of it came from the meat... Right?
Well, would anyone know if taking off 4 pieces of pepperoni takes off a significant amount of anything (cals, carbs, protien, sodium, etc.)? Could you make a guesstimate of how much? I'm not going to be THAT much of a stickler on my calories or anything, but things like whether I've actually had enough protien is important to me.

I looked up pizza nutrition on pizza hut's site - a slice of their pepperoni pizza is only 10 calories more than a slice of cheese pizza, and there was no difference in protein. Most of the protein is from the cheese. I know yours was a different brand, but I doubt it made much of a difference for yours, either.

Ah, I keep forgetting cheese is protien. :blushing: Thank you so much, that's really helpful! :bigsmile:0 -
Going by the food listed on here, 4 pieces is about 35 calories and 2 grams of protein. This is equal to walking 10 - 15 min. at about 3 miles per hour.0
