New here ---- looking for help

I just started yesterday. i am doing p90x everyday, just started week 7 today. just wondering why this site doesn't give me any exercise credit for strength training??? anyone know?

    MFP only logs exercise calories for the cardio section - there is a "strength training" under the cardio session - most people use that if they want to count calories from that type of exercise.

    I was wondering that myself. I do weights and endurance training. I just log it under cardio. Exercise is exercise and calories burned counts any way you look at it. I already have had a few friends ask why so much for cardio and I told them it's everything I do added up. I just go in and do the figures for the strength and transfer them over
  • Log your strength training under cardio and then you can see the calories you burn.
