MFP only logs exercise calories for the cardio section - there is a "strength training" under the cardio session - most people use that if they want to count calories from that type of exercise.0

I was wondering that myself. I do weights and endurance training. I just log it under cardio. Exercise is exercise and calories burned counts any way you look at it. I already have had a few friends ask why so much for cardio and I told them it's everything I do added up. I just go in and do the figures for the strength and transfer them over0

Log your strength training under cardio and then you can see the calories you burn.0
