Most will tell you, good old fashion crunches. Personally, I like using wateraerobics. Specificly, put arms out on side of pool and lift legs to top of water. Much safter and easier on this old body.0

I agree! It will tighten up your abs but not your skin. If you look anything like I do (after having 5 kids), plastic surgery is the only solution for saggy skin. But your muscles will be nice and firm with P90X Ab Ripper!0 -

I wholeheartedly endorse this suggestion. It's 15 minutes of hell, but doing it regularly will give results!0 -
Found something to do the P90X ab ripper for free. There's no video, but there pictures and instructions!

I can't do this...literally. I've tried. My abs are that weak!0 -
It looks interesting to try but I think its like anything else I've tried. Baby steps seems to be my motto. I gained over 80 lbs when I was pregnant with my twins and now that I'm trying to lose weight I'm also worried about the sagging skin that will be there afterwards. On another site I read that in order of the skin to get tightened you have to lower your fat intake way back. That's the hardest part of my diet because I find the fat the hardest thing to cut out.
